The Standard Edition of LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight officially launches on Friday, May 22, 2026. Players who purchased the Deluxe Edition received 72-hour early access, which began on May 19, 2026.
The game is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store. A version for Nintendo Switch 2 is scheduled for release later in 2026.

Legacy of the Dark Knight introduces a re-imagined combat system designed to deliver an authentic Batman fighting style, featuring fluid attack chains, takedowns, and gadgets. Players can explore an expansive open-world Gotham City and customize their Batcave. The game supports both single-player and couch co-op gameplay.
The title utilizes Epic Games’ Unreal Engine 5, providing detailed environments and character models. It also includes three combat difficulty levels: Classic, Caped Crusader, and Dark Knight.
The Standard Edition of the game is priced at $69.99, while the Deluxe Edition costs $89.99. The Deluxe Edition includes additional content such as a new Story Mission, Mayhem Mode featuring The Joker and Harley Quinn, and a villain-themed Sinister Pack.
