Our approach to copyright

Content on Droidfeats.com has been submitted to us by email or gathered from sources across the internet, and is believed to be in the public domain or within our legal rights under the U.S. Copyright Fair Use doctrine (Title 17, U.S. Code). That includes images and videos.

Notice to copyright owners

If you own a copyright, or are authorized to act for the owner or for someone with an exclusive right, please report alleged infringement on or through Droidfeats.com by sending a written “Notice” to our Designated Copyright Agent (details at the end of this page).

What your DMCA notice must include

To meet the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), your Notice must be in writing, accurate and signed under penalty of perjury. Please include:

1. Signature. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act for the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. The work. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If several works on one site are involved, a representative list of them.
3. The material. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, or is the subject of infringing activity, and that you want removed or disabled, with enough detail (such as the URL) for us to find it.
4. Your contact details. Your address, telephone number and, if available, email address, so we can reach you.
5. Good-faith statement. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
6. Accuracy statement. A statement that the information in your Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Please include every URL that points to the material you say is infringing, and anything else that would help our agent investigate your claim.

If the material comes from another website

If the material originates on a different website and you believe Droidfeats.com has cached it, please also confirm whichever of these apply:

• the material has been removed from the original site;
• access to the material on the original site has been disabled; or
• a court has ordered that the material be removed from the original site or that access to it be blocked.
