Google Health Premium is now integrated into Google AI Pro and Ultra subscriptions, coinciding with the full rollout of the new Google Health mobile application today.
This bundling provides subscribers with advanced health coaching, personalized fitness plans, and a redesigned weekly progress report, expanding the premium offerings of Google’s artificial intelligence services.

Google Health Premium is now included as part of the Google AI Pro subscription, which costs $19.99 per month, and also the AI Ultra plans. Previously, the premium health service was available separately for $9.99 monthly or $99.99 annually.
The new Google Health mobile application is fully available to users starting today. This app replaces the previous Fitbit application, aiming to combine Fitbit’s health tracking with Google’s broader ecosystem. The app is organized into four main tabs: Today, Fitness, Sleep, and Health, offering a customizable metrics dashboard.
A central feature of Google Health Premium is the Gemini-powered Google Health Coach. This coach provides personalized, adaptive fitness plans tailored to user goals, along with insights across sleep and various health metrics. It also includes access to a workout library and mindfulness sessions.
Additionally, the service introduces multimodal logging, allowing users to log meals conversationally or by taking a photograph. The weekly progress report has also received a new design, incorporating Google Health branding for a consistent experience.
Subscribers will receive an email confirming the inclusion of Google Health Premium in their Google One membership, and any prior standalone plans or trials will be canceled. Owners of the Fitbit Air will receive a separate email detailing changes related to their three-month trial.
The Google AI Pro subscription provides expanded access to various AI features built by Google, alongside 5 TB of cloud storage and additional benefits for optimizing Google usage. This integration of Google Health Premium is available in more than 30 countries.
This strategic bundling aligns with Google’s efforts to consolidate its health and wellness offerings under the unified Google Health platform, leveraging artificial intelligence for more personalized user experiences.
Looking ahead, Google plans to introduce new sharing capabilities. These include the option to share health data with Apple Health, securely share medical records with healthcare providers or family members using Smart Health Links, and explore personal data with command line interfaces and other AI tools.
