Google has accidentally listed the Huawei nova 5T on its Android Enterprise page. Interestingly, the phone is not a re-branded Honor 20 as the previous rumors pointed out. Instead, the device will be completely different. Smaller, yet boasting a larger memory.
The listing reveals a 5.5-inch display, a tad smaller than the 6.26-inch screen on the Honor 20. The punch-hole display has been retained though. So is the side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
Finally the memory. The nova 5T will have an 8GB of RAM, and up to 256GB of internal storage. This is huge step up from the Honor 20 which only has 6GB RAM, and up to 128GB of expandable storage.
Unfortunately, the Google listing didn’t reveal any details about the camera, nor showed photographs of the device’s rear. It also didn’t add information regarding the processor, and while it’s still speculative right now, we expect the nova 5T to house Huawei’s Kirin 980.
