Sony has added a new batch of perks for PlayStation Plus subscribers with accounts based in the United Kingdom, France and Germany, effective November 6, 2026. The offers include free trials, store discounts and partner subscriptions, available on top of the usual monthly PS Plus games.
Key points
- Sony added new PS Plus perks for members in the UK, France and Germany starting November 6, 2026.
- The perks include a 5% discount on PlayStation hardware, 3 months of free YouTube Premium and 2 months of free Calm Premium.
- Members also get a Sony Pictures Core movie credit, 3 months of Audible at £0.99 a month and 20% off DAZN Ultimate.
- Some offers, like YouTube Premium and Audible, apply only to new subscribers of those services.
- Sony says new PS Plus subscribers may wait 24 to 48 hours before the perks become active.
The update lands weeks after Sony raised PS Plus subscription prices, and the company is positioning the new perks as a way to add value across all three membership tiers. Any active subscriber in the three eligible countries, including those on a free trial, can claim the offers. Related: PlayStation to Go Disc-Free, Sell Game Codes in Box by 2028.
What’s Included in the New PS Plus Perks
According to the PS Plus perks page, the lineup includes:
- 5% off PlayStation hardware and accessories
- £10/€10 off selected DualSense controllers
- 10% off selected Sony Electronics products
- 3 months free of YouTube Premium
- 2 months free of Calm Premium
- One movie credit for Sony Pictures Core
- 3 months of Audible at £0.99 a month

Eligibility Rules Limit Some of the Offers
The YouTube Premium and Audible trials are only open to new subscribers of those services. Sony’s terms also note that the YouTube Premium trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription if a user doesn’t cancel before the three free months end. Audible members who have signed up recently are excluded from that offer as well.
Redemption windows vary by perk. The YouTube Premium trial is valid in Germany until November 1, 2027, while the Audible offer runs through November 4, 2027, and the Calm Premium trial is available until September 13, 2027. The DAZN Ultimate discount is valid through January 25, 2027. The PlayStation Direct 5% discount is set to run through December 31, 2026, according to German regional terms.
