EMUI 11 (Magic UI 4 for Honor) will be the next big update from Huawei and Honor for their respective mobiles. Currently, the Asian manufacturer and its subsidiary have not given many details of the new iteration of the UI. EMUI 11 expected features and changes
The novelties of EMUI 11 are unknown at the moment, although some media have ventured to confirm certain characteristics. On the one hand, the company could democratize the gesture system introduced on the Huawei Mate 30 (a system specially designed for curved screens that reduce the sensitivity of gestures to avoid phantom touches.
The rest of the news could be inherited directly from the functions of Android 11. For example, the inclusion of floating notifications in the form of a bubble, the reunification of notifications according to the application or the improvement of the system permissions that are provided to the applications (permissions single-use, more simplified interface…), not to mention reducing the energy consumption of Android processes and optimizing performance in general activities.
EMUI 11 with Android 11? What about Google service?
As usual, the numerical version change will be accompanied by the latest Android version on the market, that is, Android 11. Does this mean that there will be Google services for everyone?
Nothing is further from reality. Huawei and Honor mobiles that were launched without Google services will continue without the great G’s ecosystem. By contrast, mobiles that were initially launched with Google will continue to maintain compatibility with their services. This was confirmed by the company during the stir caused by the Donald Trump government. Still, it should be noted that the next US presidential elections will take place on November 3 of this year, so it is not ruled out that relations will change in the future.
